Privacy Policy

- We collect only what we need to run your account, campaigns, numbers and payments.
- We never see or store your card details.
- We do not sell your data.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data.
foreign-ads ("we", "us"), based in Nigeria, runs this website. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.
1. What we collect

We do not collect your card number, card PIN or bank login. If you pay by card through Paystack, you enter those on Paystack's own page. For bank transfers, we only see what appears on our own bank statement and what you tell us on the deposit form.
2. Information we collect automatically
- Login cookie. We use one cookie to keep you logged in and to protect forms from forgery. It is needed for the site to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- Contact form protection. When you send a message we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address, only to stop spam. We cannot turn it back into your address.
- Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page opens. Google receives your internet address as part of that request.
3. How we use it
- To provide the service you asked for: your account, campaigns, numbers and wallet.
- To process payments and give refunds.
- To answer your messages and give support.
- To keep the website safe and to find and stop fraud and misuse.
- To meet legal and tax duties.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it to build advertising profiles about you.
4. Who we share it with
- Paystack, only if you choose to pay by card. Paystack has its own privacy policy.
- Our bank, which receives your transfer and shows us the sender details on our statement.
- Ad platforms and number suppliers, only the details needed to run the campaign or number you ordered.
- Our hosting company, which stores the website and its database for us.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect people from fraud or harm.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is open. Payment and order records are kept for as long as the law and our accounting need, even if you close your account. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove what identifies you.
6. Your choices and rights
Under data protection law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 where it applies, you can ask us to:
- show you the information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete your information, apart from records we must keep by law;
- stop using your information for a particular purpose, where the law allows.
Send your request through the contact page. We may need to check that you are the account owner first. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
7. Keeping it safe
We use passwords stored in hashed form, protection against forged form submissions, and we ask that the site is served over HTTPS. No website can be perfectly secure, so please use a strong password that you do not use anywhere else.
8. Children
This service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
