Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and foreign-ads ("we", "us"), based in Nigeria. By creating an account or using this website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What we offer

We help you run advertising and promotions aimed at audiences in other countries, on the apps and platforms listed on our website. We also let you request local phone numbers for those countries. The list of platforms, countries and numbers, and their prices, can change at any time.

Some apps do not have an official public advertising system. For those, we will tell you what we can and cannot deliver before we take your money, if you ask. If something cannot be done, we reject the request and refund it.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
• Give us true information when you register and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Wallet and payments

• Prices on the site are in US dollars. You add money to your wallet in dollars and pay the equivalent in naira by bank transfer to the account shown on the Wallet page, at the rate shown when you start the deposit.
• When you start a deposit you get a reference. Put it in the transfer narration. Your wallet is credited after we confirm that the money has reached our account. This can take a little time, so please do not send the same transfer twice.
• If you send a different amount from the one you asked for, we credit the amount we actually received, at the rate shown on your deposit.
• If card payment through Paystack is offered, card details are handled by Paystack. We never see or store your card details.
• A campaign or number is paid from your wallet when you create the request. If your balance is too low, the request is not made.
• Wallet money is only for use on this website. It does not earn interest and is not a bank account.
• We may correct mistakes in a wallet balance, for example a payment recorded twice.

4. Campaigns

• Every campaign starts as "Pending" and is reviewed by us. We may reject a campaign, or stop a live one, if it breaks these terms or the rules of the platform it runs on.
• You are responsible for the content of your ads and for having the right to use any names, images, music or claims in them.
• We do not promise any number of views, clicks, leads or sales. Results depend on the platform, the audience, your offer and many things we do not control.
• Platforms can reject ads, restrict accounts or change their rules at any time. If a platform stops us from running your campaign, we will tell you and refund the part we could not deliver, as set out in the Refund Policy.

5. Phone numbers

• A number request is "Pending" until we assign a number to you. Availability depends on the country and our suppliers.
• You must use numbers lawfully. No spam, scams, harassment, impersonation or illegal calls and messages.
• Rules about owning and using numbers differ by country. You are responsible for following the rules where you use the number.
• We can take back a number that is used against these terms or against the law.

6. What you must not do

You may not use the service for any of the following:

• Fraud, scams, fake investments, fake jobs, fake prizes or anything that tricks people.
• Illegal goods or services, adult content involving minors, weapons, hard drugs, or anything unlawful where it is shown.
• Hate, threats, harassment or content that harms others.
• Copying another person's or company's brand to mislead people.
• Trying to break, overload or get into parts of the website you are not meant to use.

If you break these rules we may reject or stop your campaigns, take back numbers, and close your account. We may keep the money for work already delivered, and we may report illegal activity to the proper authorities.

7. Our responsibility

We work to deliver what you pay for and we do our best to keep the website running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profits, lost sales or indirect loss. Our total responsibility to you for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.

8. Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time through the contact page. We can close or suspend an account that breaks these terms. Unused wallet money is handled as set out in the Refund Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms. For a big change that affects money you have already paid, we will tell you first.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. If there is a problem, please contact us first through the contact page so we can try to fix it quickly.
